Our items can only be delivered to Germany. Deliveries outside of these countries are only possible on individual request. You only pay a flat rate per shipment.

You receive shipments outside of Germany with the parcel service provider GLS. The shipping costs for standard shipping depend on the countries and costs per box for these countries.

If you have a PayPal account, you can also make the payment via your PayPal account. If you choose payment in advance, you have 7 days to pay for your order by bank transfer. As soon as the payment has been received, the goods will be shipped.

Return Policy:

Returnable within 14 days of receipt.

You are entitled to a full refund for items returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund for returns that are used or damaged.
